This policy explains how Develox (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit develox.in or contact us. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Enquiry details. If you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses, browser type and request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we don’t do

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers, so there is no cookie banner. We do not sell personal data.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare hosts and secures the site.
• Google Fonts serves our typefaces; your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address.
• Our email provider delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.

Why we use your data

To respond to your enquiry and discuss possible work, and to keep the site secure. We rely on your consent (given when you submit the form) and on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Retention

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Email contact@develox.in with the subject “Privacy request”.
